Frequently Asked Questions - Responsible Party

If the provider you have chosen for treatment has selected PaymentBanc to manage your payments, you may have some questions. Let’s start with an overview of how it works:

  • Your provider will help you determine the right payment plan for you and you will provide them with account information so that we can draft your payments.
  • Once the payment plan is selected, PaymentBanc will electronically draft your account each month for the amount of your payment.
  • If you have any questions or concerns about your payment, you can contact us directly. The practice also communicates with us about your account.

So it’s that simple! We know you still may have a few more questions though. Here are some of the most common questions:

Q: How is PaymentBanc beneficial to me?

A: PaymentBanc automatically drafts your payment and sends the payment to your provider. Just set it, and forget it!

Q: When will my payments begin?

A: Your payments begin on the start date you selected on your Payment Plan agreement. PaymentBanc will begin processing your payments on that date and will continue until each payment has been processed.

Q: What if I need to change something on my account?

A: If you ever need any help with your account, we’ll be happy to assist you. Simply go to paymentbanc.com/help. From there you can:
  • Request to pay your account in full.
  • Request to update your payment info.
  • Request to change a scheduled payment, and more!
If you are updating your payment info or changing a scheduled payment, PaymentBanc needs at least a three (3) business day notice before your scheduled draft date.

Q: What happens if an attempted draft fails?

A: PaymentBanc will contact you by mail, phone, and email. Please contact us at 888-758-0582 Option 1, where our Customer Care Team is available to assist you in making any necessary arrangements on your account.

Q: May I contact PaymentBanc directly?
